Course Aims

For experienced operators who have experience in using the equipment.

Each delegate will become members of The National Plant Operators Registration Scheme. They will be registered on this scheme for a period of three years. When the registration period is approaching expiry, your company, or operator, will receive a renewal slip. This provides an option for your company to, either, provide a refresher course or, sign the slip as evidence that the operator has been accident free over the preceding registration period and has maintained a good standard.

The duration of this course would depend on the delegate’s skills and previous training and experience.

Update on regulations
Talk on Safe Operating Practices

Training Area:
Truck Inspection
Safe load and Stability factors
Remedial training (identifying and correcting faults)
Theoretical test
Practical test (if applicable)

Course Certification

An NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme*) Certificate, can be presented to each person on successful completion of this course (includes examination). There is an additional cost of £25.00 per person to join this registration scheme. We would require 2 passport photographs of each delegate, to enable us to present them with this certificate. This course is of standards acceptable to the Health & Safety Executives.
